Exchange:

You may exchange any item purchased from Riktr.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. All exchanged items must be in new and saleable condition, free from damage, wear, lint, hair, or washing, in their original packaging and with original tags. Items that show any sign of wear will not be accepted and will be returned back to the sender. It will be at the discretion of Riktr.com to determine the salability of the item.

Note: Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Riktr.com recommends using UPS or USPS for return shipments as these companies offer a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Riktr.com cannot be responsible for loss or damage to product while it is en route.

For items Riktr.com has shipped that are mis-sized, defective, or otherwise incorrectly shipped, up to $5.95 per item of return shipping expenses within the United States will be covered with proof of postage.

Guarantee:

We are determined to design and create our products to meet the highest standards. If, however, a product fails due to a material defect or flaw in workmanship, we will repair or replace the item without delay.

 

Warranty:

Instructions for a Check or Money Order:

Click on the "Add To Cart" button and add the item(s) that you would like to purchase into the shopping cart. Make sure the quanity (Qty) is correct for each item that you are purchasing. The shopping cart will provide you with the Item Name & Product Number (ex. #7001), the Color: (ex. White) and the Size: (S, M, L, or XL) if applicable. All of this information needs to be printed from your computer or legibly written on a separate piece of paper and included with your check. Now, click on "Secure Checkout". The Checkout page will list the following information; Pay To: Payment For: Currency: Amount: Shipping & Handling: and Total Amount:. The "Total Amount:" is owed to L & N Enterprises. Make sure that the figure that appears in "Total Amount" is the figure that appears on your check or money order. Please mail your Check or Money Order to the address below.
